This difference is inherent to the electrical design and does not represent reduced capacity.

Installation Advice

Switch off the device completely before starting the repair.

Disconnect the battery before handling other internal components.

Use suitable tools and electrostatic discharge protection.

Do not bend, puncture, compress or directly heat the battery.

Remove the old adhesives and carefully clean the mounting surface.

Check that the B-P5 reference, connector, dimensions and flex position match the removed battery.

Perform a power-on, fast-charging and stability test before closing the device.

After installation, complete a controlled charging cycle to stabilise the percentage reading.

Before installation, always check the battery fitted in the device. Some vivo and iQOO models may have regional variants or different internal references depending on the market region. Always compare the reference printed on the removed battery, the technical model of the device, the connector, the flex position and the electrical specifications.

The B-P5 is a dual-cell battery operating at 7.74 V. It must not be replaced with a conventional single-cell 3.87 V battery even when both indicate an equivalent capacity of 4400 mAh. Compatibility must not be assumed for the iQOO Neo5 SE, iQOO Neo5 Lite, iQOO Neo5S or other variants without first checking the removed battery.
