CP320 Thermal Mat Station 110V - 220V

CP320 thermal mat station designed for professional repair, opening and disassembly work on electronic devices. Its 320 x 260 mm heated surface allows controlled heat to be applied to smartphones, tablets, smartwatches and other compatible equipment, helping to soften adhesives before separating screens, back covers or batteries.

The system allows the temperature to be manually adjusted up to approximately 120 degrees C and features an LCD display for viewing operating parameters. Its 110 V to 220 V power supply makes it suitable for use with different electrical installations and working environments.

The CP320 provides a wide and flexible working surface suitable for different device sizes. Controlled heating helps reduce the force required during opening and decreases the risk of damage caused by excessive pressure on screens, glass or housings. The surface includes different areas and compartments designed to organise screws and small components during repair.

Installation Tips

Place the station on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.

Select a suitable temperature according to the device and the type of adhesive to be softened.

Avoid applying excessive temperatures for prolonged periods, especially on batteries, OLED screens and sensitive components.

Periodically check the temperature and condition of the device during the heating process.

Disconnect the power supply when the station is not being used.
